I see Baraq & Mooch pulling in a bil or so in POTUS pardon bribes to the “Obama Foundation”.
It will take that much to live as potentates for the next 40 yrs.

He can only pardon those that have been convicted. Delayed arrests and delayed trials mean delayed convictions therefore no pardons. LEO know how long they must wait to put the wheels in motion.
