I don’t want to “coronate” anybody, not Ted Cruz, not Sarah Palin, not even the resurrected Ronald Reagan.

I didn’t say ‘you’. I said ‘some’. And ‘some’ want to coronate Cruz.

Axiom: The Left (i.e., the mainstream press) will immediately attempt to destroy/marginalize/demonize/ caricaturize/mock/trivialize ANY Republican candidate who is not a slightly less liberal candidate than the probable Democratic candidate. And then when/if the slightly-less-liberal (RINO) Republican candidate becomes the nominee, they will demonize THAT person.

Serious fear or a head fake?

Head fake?

You overestimate the moron's intelligence.

Reading his piece, I detect genuine fear and distress, not strategery.

I’m a pro Cruz guy, but if Walker ends up on top, I’m there.

To be frank, with Obama winning two in a row, I have doubts that any Republican will win in 2016.

There has to be some Vulcan Mind Meld happening to fix the Voting Public that thinks they are owed a Living and their only Messiah in 2016 is a Menopausal Democrat.

Looks like Mr. Cassidy suffers from EHS (Exploding Head Syndrome) which can be fatal when coupled with EPW (Extreme Panty Wads).

(Snicker)

Walker's not my first pick (Pence)

Pence is - and has been for years - my first pick. If candidates were chosen at conventions, as they were back in the "old days," Pence would be the dark horse who would be chosen on the 123rd ballot in a deadlocked convention.

Oops. Gosh.

Your “poll” seems to have omitted Sarah Palin.

This is the first sentence of the article, no kidding:

"Let’s stipulate up front that Scott Walker, the governor of Wisconsin, is an odious politician whose ascension to the Presidency would be a disaster."

This is to be stipulated primarily, because Walker has reined in public sector unions. Unions are to be consider unalloyed good strictly for ideological and fantasy political reasons. You know unions defend the little guy (and throw off hundreds of millions of dollars for the Democrat Party). While Walker is tied hip to hip with the conservative plutocracy.

Man, they should illustrate their articles with images like this:

Just change 'Sex' to Gov. Walker is the road to ruin. And we have our New Yorker right there too protecting the innocent and helpless against the conservative plutocracy. It fits.

Can someone make the case other than blind faith why they believe 0bummer will move out of his current residence in 2016?

Tell me why he’ll obey the Constitution when that is all he has NOT been obeying.

Creating enough chaos more and more and more...

This diatribe from John Cassidy is just ridiculous! Embellished with a spooky photo of Scott waiting behind a curtain. I’d say the left is running scared.

FReep Mail me if you want on, or off, this Wisconsin interest ping list.

“Leave the RINO’s alone in primaries” is NOT Reaganesque

But Reagan said "The personal attacks against me during the primary finally became so heavy that the state Republican chairman, Gaylord Parkinson, postulated what he called the Eleventh Commandment: Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican. It's a rule I followed during that campaign and have ever since."

Bottom line: Explain what you would do differently and how you would do better than the RINO, rather than simply attack him.
