I have always tried to keep in shape, but every time I get sick, which has been a LOT over the years, I get debilitated by the treatment, the medications, the surgery, etc., etc., etc.

So I have to work my own way back to health again. I cannot
wait to be able to stop getting the drugs that are bringing me
down so far. I hope that I’m at least ambulatory when all this
is over and done with. I’m 68, and “bouncing” back isn’t quite
the easy romp it used to be.

But I’ll never give up. Never.
