It's an interesting conundrum when the President is lawless, and more than 1/3 of the Senate supports his lawlessness. With solid support of the Democrats, Obama could make himself emperor. Even if Congress denied him the funds to act unlawfully (which McConnell and Boehner don't have the stones to do), what if he did it anyway, drawing money from the treasury? What then.

OK, Congress then goes to the courts, and files actions. And gets an injunction. That Obama promptly ignores. What then?

I'm starting to understand the Roman Senate and Caesar.
