I don’t believe Caroline Glick is being sensational at all. It is not unusual for Netanyahu to visit his former home or to speak to American groups, and that’s not even what Glick is talking about. But there has been incredible, relentless pressure placed upon Netanyahu from many quarters, trying to force him not to speak before Congress. Bibi has stood his ground, and it is evident that he believes the peril is too great to turn back.

Netanyahu has devoted the last six years to avoiding a fight with Obama, often at great cost to Israel’s national security and to his own political position.
Netanyahu is coming to Washington next week because Obama has left him no choice.
