Walker closes his eyes and squeezes out a disinformation non-answer, saying, as all pro-amnesty pols do and his PR guy has already falsely claimed to be his position, “No amnesty” before going on to “secure our borders” (the second favorite line of pro-amnesty pols). He never addresses citizenship, which he has repeatedly previously backed for illegals after a period of time in which they are merely ‘legal’. And, as to closing the borders, Walker has previously said he’d make it so easy for anyone from Mexico or anywhere else who wants to come here to do so legally, such that they’d have no incentive to bother crossing the border illegally. (Which obviates his claim in this interview about making employers use e-verify—what use if that if illegals are made legal anyway?)
