Pres. Obama is daring Republicans to vote on whether or not his executive actions are legal.
Discussing opposition to his executive amnesty orders at an immigration town hall Wednesday, Obama said he would veto the vote because his actions are “the right thing to do”:
“So in the short term, if Mr. McConnell, the leader of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, want to have a vote on whether what I’m doing is legal or not, they can have that vote. I will veto that vote, because I’m absolutely confident that what we’re doing is the right thing to do.”
Obama argued that he has merely “expanded my authorities” – not broken any laws:
“What we’ve done is we’ve expanded my authorities under executive action and prosecutorial discretion as far as we can legally under the existing statute, the existing law. And so now the question is, how can we get a law passed.”
We’re a country of laws... have faith in our system... Besides democrats would pay us to attempt to remove him. They’re probably pushing their paid trolls to make the suggestion.
Someone better grow a pair and make the SOB eat those words while he sits in PRISON for treason. This is beyond despicable.
They will, unless we conservatives STOP calling, STOP lobbying them, and pool our resources to hire hundreds of private investigators to probe the GOPe's lives, finances and secrets and threaten to expose them all if they don't act like an opposition party.

The military needs to come home and take care of business. Here they are, overseas, brining ‘democracy’ to the unwashed millions while unwashed millions spill over our porous borders eager to vote Democrat and cost us trillions.

My guess is he studied Constitutional Law for the sole purpose of knowing how to circumvent it.
It wasn’t that long ago that a president would face impeachment for covering up a crime committed by someone else or lying under oath or obstruction of justice. Nowadays a president doesn’t face impeachment even after personally committing multiple serious crimes. Cover-ups, lies and obstructions are now considered acceptable forms of behavior. Sad.

Someone here posted, a few days ago, that the media lies to us. They are fooling us into thinking we have a two-party system.
Look at McConell’s plan to send a full-funded DHS bill to Obama then follow it up with a bill restricting that funding to non-amnesty purposes (which Obama will instantly veto). The Senate republicans then would say, we fought HARD and the media would report that rather than, republicans once again helped the Obama agenda!
Obama and his WE are obviously on a mission to destroy the social and economic functionality of the USA. They have less than two years to complete their task and have now apparently shifted their efforts into high gear. They are putting and have put in place barriers that will constrain and prohibit any citizen movements from stopping and reversing their progress to their destructive end goal. It is reasonable to conclude if Obama and his WE are not stopped immediately, that their final act will deliver such a blow that this country’s ability to defend itself militarily will be completely eliminated. Unfortunately this isn’t just a bad dream we’re experiencing and clearly it certainly isn’t tin foil hat speak any longer.
Yep. We have plenty of retired generals, colonels, etc. who, judging by their public opinions and love of our country, just might jump at the chance, if asked, to take on the responsibility (again) of defending the US and ousting the enemy (Obama). We can only pray at this point. Seems like no one else in authority right now even gives a crap.
