The Obama administration released a plan on Friday for how the Department of Homeland Security will deal with a shutdown, as Congressional leaders remain at an impasse over how to fund the agency.
The Associated Press reports that airport security checkpoints, Secret Service, and border patrols are among the operations exempted from a shutdown. But those deemed “non-essential” workers would be furloughed.
“Essential” workers must continue to work, but they won’t be paid until Congress finds an agreement to fund the agency.
The House failed to approve a stop-gap measure on Friday night that would have extended the agency’s funding for three weeks. Some Republicans refused to back the measure because it didn’t specifically defund President Obama’s executive actions on immigration, while Democrats mostly voted against the bill because they want a longer-term funding measure.
Let’s make the funding the same as it was prior to Bush II:

They are trying to figure out how to use a shutdown to their biggest benefit.
Must be big and impact the most people. Something the MSM can run every 20 minutes.
Something blowing up would be perfect.
You can bet Obama already has his “Lone Wolves” ready to attack America if the shutdown happens..that way they can go out and blame Republicans for people dying..its how the left works I already see it happening
Now that would be another money saver. Have him stay in the White House and not have him run off to golf games and fundraisers.

The false flag attacks and incidents will start shortly. We got a hint of things to come with the fake Al Shabaab video, the arrest of three Islamic terrorist wannabees (prepped and funded by the FBI), Jihadi John on the loose and an imminent threat to the US, etc.

As opposed to pay without work. Government.
I LOVE shutdowns. Like the one two years ago, it shows just how little we need Federal employees.
I would expect Obama to slow down airport screenings or stop issuing US passports. Or maybe just start closing bridges and tunnels because “Congress won’t pay to protect them”.
