The killers don’t care if there was a witness. They WANTED a witness! It sends a message that anybody who opposes Putin can be shot down in the street without any consequences. If you can’t get that through your thick head, insulting me is your last gasp, but you’ve worn out that card.
Well of course they do...In fact witnesses taking pics and video are even more desirable.
