The only problem I have with that type of statement is that if you really think Obama is killing his opponents in our streets you’d at least be able to name one. Principled and committed opposition to Obama, in my opinion, is not helped by false equivalency to Putin. Both can and should be opposed. Obama presents a more urgent problem for us, but I do not believe Obama is jailing and murdering his opponents. I do believe Obama is, as he himself states, a threat to our way of life.
Remember the youtube video guy that he accused of causing the Benghazi attack and what they did to him? Is the poor guy out of jail yet?
Or sicking the IRS dogs after conservative groups, reporters, and anybody else that dares cross him...
As for being unrestrained by law... how many examples would you like?
All these facts seem to fit your description nicely...

The only problem I have with that type of statement is you seem to be implying or suggesting Putin did this and or was directly and personally connected.
