So, if the Campbell's don't pay the $6,000 what happens? Eventually the IRS will collect it, with interest and penalties. How does a low income couple come up with $6,000? What if they lose their jobs again? They are forced by law to "buy" health insurance.
It sounds like the federal government has discovered a way to place people into perpetual serfdom. The founding fathers are spinning.

Their tax preparer told them they would have been better off not getting insurance at all and just paying the fine for being uninsured.The "fine" would have been $850! Wow what a choice Obama and the Dims have made for them.
