Because they're on his side. McCain now saying to move on from Obama's Executive Amnesty, other stuff to do.

What kind of American does that? I swear, I heard McCain say not to be afraid of Obama, he'd make a good President and it was BEFORE the election. I don't know what we can do except make dam sure he doesn't get back in for 2016. We're already stuck with Graham and McConnell.

I think it is because they fear political backlash from being called racist. The only other possible answer is that they support his agenda.

If you are not a part of the solution, you are part of the problem.

He gets away with it because the 'opposition' actually likes what he is doing. It is not about Democrat and Republican; it is about those in power and influence keeping their power and influence.

When they leave their government seats, they seem to turn up a few block away on K Street and similar businesses/corporations feeding off of the teets of Big Government.

It is a self-sustaining Leviathan they have created and feed and become consumed by. But they still retain their power and influence and the big paychecks.
