Zbig was one of the most notorious cabinet members of the Carter years. He was a brilliant Cold-War strategist but a deep Polish (?) Anti-Semite. Always was, always will be. He is single handedidly responsible for all of Carter's Foreign Policy quagmires and apparently, Obama’s as well...
