Every person who lied in that video needs to be charged with a Felony. There are crooked cops everywhere, but there are a WHOLE HELLUVA lot of crooked cops in Louisiana; it’s just part of the culture. I know, I live in Texas, but you can almost throw a rock from my house to LA. I’ve lived in Cajun Country since I was four years old. I know what I’m talking about.
