Makes sense to me - you have to be 18.

everyone should dump their facebook page. I never had one and I can’t see the reason to have one. The gestapo would have loved facebook.

I’m well over 18 years old. I wonder why they haven’t suspended my account. I slam Barry all the time, every day. I guess they must be afraid of me.

Marketing online to kids 12 and under is heavily regulated by the Federal Trade Commission under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. That’s why Facebook sets the minimum age to 13.
Once it became apparent the kid had lied to get the account under that age, there really was no choice but to pull the account.

Age limit is age limit. I have no problem with this, as it was a basic policy decision.
This is the opportunity for this kid's parent(s) to re-post his content through their own account, and see what happens.

If FB had been available to the masses (as it is now) during the GWB administrations and a 12 year old had vented something similar, I assure you there would have been outrage from the Demented Left over "censorship" of this "brave 12 year old's wisdom"...blah, blah, blah...
But when a child points out that The Emperor has no clothes, look out...

He was on Fox & Friends over the weekend - what a nice-looking, well-spoken young man (couldn’t believe he was only 12!). They said he’s still on youtube and has had tons of hits (over a million IIRC). They said both his parents are Dems, not sure how he got to be a conservative, but he said he believed in limited government, etc., etc.
