“Scott Walker has made a big move up William Hill U.K.’s odds board for the 2016 election, as betting action has prompted an adjustment from 12-to-1 to 5-to-1 for the Wisconsin governor to win the Republican nomination and from 33-to-1 to 10-to-1 to become the next U.S. president.
