Not independently verified. Iranian led and armed Shia militias are the shock troops attacking ISIS in Saddam's hometown of Tikrit. After Tikrit fell to ISIS, Shia were massacred. In my mind the only question is not if but how many scalps the Shia will take in retaliation.

The Shia can be pretty brutal themselves, but if I had to guess, I would say that ISIS killed that kid and released this video as black propaganda.
