The most obvious answer would be that he’s a Sunni Muslim.
But I think it’s entirely possible he’s practicing Taqiyya. And is actually a Shia.
Which would mean he could be a Iranian/Russian Plant.
Iran and Russia team up to take on Israel in the last days. If the United States has a President that is under Iranian/Russian control, that would explain why the US doesn’t intervene.

My oldest son and I agree - he’s not a practicing Muslim or “believing” Muslim - he’s an atheist Marxist through and through - but has deep Muslim sympathies because of his father and step-father and upbringing......”when push comes to shove I will side with the Muslims....” (only idiots and the blind are surprised).
As his covert goal is the destruction of our nation as we know it, it suits him well to join with Muslims who have the same goal and who can help facilitate his goal - both internally and externally.
Also ISIS actions has opened the door for Iran to become MORE involved in Iraq.
Iran is now leading the charge into Iraq to take on ISIS. Iran could fill the power vacuum once ISIS is defeated.
And whatever Bibi says in public, you can bet the farm that he knows all about Obama's muslim connections.

My read on Obama is that he is a “low-information” non-devout Muslim who would be Sunni (as were his father and step-father) if he had a clearer understanding of Islam.
In any case, it’s clear that he considers himself to be a “Defender of the (Muslim) Faith” and his stands vary depending on which way provides the best defense of Islam.
His hatred of Jews is quite obvious.
