Most of the so-called mainstream media coverage is something to behold. When things were rolling under Bush, economic reports would be framed with: But are there dark clouds on the horizon?
The same media frames generally weak Obama economic reports with: Have hope! Recovery is around the corner!

On the other hand, some government agencies that serve vital functions are being cut. What do we need a strong military for, when military funding can be diverted to give welfare to illegal aliens after they are granted amnesty?
What is really troubling is that we now have industry signing on to the communist state run, top down model. This is clearly evident with the Chamber of Commerce locked on to and sucking the public tit, willingly destroying free market principles. There is a suicidal and very dangerous, destructive behavior now operating in this once great country. Those who were educated in a hot bed of socialist ideologies in our schools know nothing about or, worse yet, hate capitalism and they are now in leadership positions in our economy and our government.
