Last April House Oversight Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) released a report implicating Democrat Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) in colluding with the IRS and Lois Lerner against the nonpartisan voters rights group “True the Vote.”
Catherine Engelbrecht, the founder of “True the Vote,” testified before Congress in February. She was targeted by FBI, IRS, ATF, and OSHA after she filed for tax exempt status for her voters rights group.
Engelbrecht said this during her testimony before Congress and Cummings, “Frankly, to sit before my accuser and be silent in the face of what he did was unconscionable.”

This week the House Oversight Committee released more emails that prove the IRS was feeding Rep. Cummings with confidential tax information on the voter fraud prevention group True the Vote.

The persecution of “True the Vote” was because she and her group were in Florida helping Col. West with a recount of his election.
And .. who lives in FL .. Debbie Wasserman Schultz who has a visceral hatred for Col West.

Cummings will never get jail time or lose his house seat; that’s just the way it is for Democrats who violate the law. On the other hand Republicans who stray from the straight and narrow are pilloried in the press and usually forced to resign from Congress and pay the price which may include jail time.
We live in the day of lawlessness with no consequences for the ruling class. Nice catchy headline... but never gonna happen.

Hell would have a better chance of freezing over tomorrow than Cummings going to prison. Cummings is a Democrat. Democrats are exempt from the law.
Since nobody in the Tea Party had any racially-inspired grievances with them, nobody uttered any racial insults, so Lewis just made some up. With thousands of phone cameras and dozens of network cameras, not a single person was able to produce a record of a single racist comment, despite a $100,000 reward offered by Breitbart.
Liberals actually insisted that since John "Civil Rights Marcher" Lewis made the accusation, it was automatically valid and truthful. This lying sack is one of the many icons of "truth" in that twisted party.
