Someday science may advance to the point where you can take a dog and surgically alter it to look like a horse. It can run around the yard all day saying “neigh, neigh , neigh!!!”. That won’t make it a little horse. It will just be a really weird dog.
My dog has been known to run around the yard barking until he is a little "hoarse"... ;)
