It was for a girlfriend. I got off the bus in Clare Michigan at about 10pm and had to go to Evart about 30 miles away. I made about 12 miles before the NG rolled up and said “You really shouldn’t be out here”.
Holy smokes, that’s a long way. Back in the day 30 miles was considered good for horse and rider.
