The ones actually cracking skulls and lying?
How about their partners who lie to make the meme stick, or the ones who just stay silent and allow their co-workers to pervert citizens’ rights?
It isn’t “lately”, and it isn’t a small percentage.

Cops need to be above reproach.
There are enough bad apples out there they are giving the profession a horrible reputation.
The good ones should drive out the bad ones, and fast.

Good. Cops are outstanding servants to the community but lately a small percentage has been horrible. But a large percentage of cops consistently cover up for the small percentage.
Cops like to call that "Accessory after the fact" and maybe they'd do us all a favor and charge themselves when appropriate.
