My daughter has to meet with her kindergarten son’s teacher tonight and is quite concerned, as he came home upset after apparently not providing the expected praise to Zero - said they were talking about the President and he said he told someone “Obama can’t be the president - he’s a bad man.”

A few observations I have noticed on “how” this has happened.
1) People generally don’t argue that somebody else has the right to tell you what to do. Instead they waste time arguing if what they are telling you to do is is a good idea. See right there you cede your freedom.
2) We have politicians pandering to women. My observation is women are much more likely to trade security for liberty.
3) A sizable minority likes this stuff.

we are more unsecure right not than at any time since the earliest years of WW2 , and even worse actually . In those days the heart of the homeland was never really under any threat , these days it is . We just haven’t been hit again , yet . but we will be ....

GADS! I would bet the parents are as easily impressed. I wouldn’t even let my kid (if I had any little ones) open a message from that bitty!
That mother isn’t doing her kid any favor by suggesting that this message is from the first lady and requires his attention and compliance. That could be the reason I was kicked out of my daughter’s kindergarten class in ‘78!!!! No fooling! Not only that but I was told “Your presence won’t be needed in the future”.
Did “you’ll get used to it” (Michelle Obama) make her comment while on ski vacation in Aspen Colorado, or 30 DAYS LATER while on her vacation in Japan??

They pushed me too hard in 2nd grade and I upchucked all over the cafeteria line.
Because we say “how did this happen?”
instead of being at the school and demanding they stop.
We sit at home instead of demanding that the school board listen to US and NOT US to them.
Because we refuse to be the boss...refuse to be WE the People and let some snotty nosed bureaucrat tell us what we will and will not do.
And YES, I am including ME in all of that.
THAT is how it has gotten this way. It may be too late to push it back. I hope not for our 2nd grader’s sake and all the other young People. But if we do not force them to retreat, we are doomed to be their slaves.
