You need to apply the new liberal rule President Obama is pushing for when sex is rape.

If the woman was not ‘affirmatively consented’ it is now rape.

She can rip your clothes of and ravish you... But if she never said ‘yes’, it is rape and reaffirmed it every five seconds.

And if she is drunk, or under the influence, she can never say yes.
