They UNDERSTAND the MSM are wall-to-wall toadies so they already KNOW what they’ll say (which is to say what they’re TOLD to say).
But they do NOT know what The Samizdat will say, and so they have no choice but to check Drudge, and a few others.
Drudge understand it was vicious honesty and Going Where the Stink Is that elevated him up and out of a SOUVENIR SHOP.
