Their right to Free Speech has not been violated as they have not been charged with a crime and have not been denied any other rights under the Constitution.
They are free to head out to the streets of any American city and chant exactly what they said on that bus.

Have our rights to the so called “free speech”, you know that 1st Amendment, changed in any way? Have you seen how those so called rights have changed?
Sure, they’re free to do that but they would get their asses kicked and the media would support that too. They AREN’T free to express their opinions or thoughts. None of us are unless we align with the PC/Liberal/Communist/Marxist/Victim Mentality of whatever race, illegal immigrant, gender confused, homosexual, perversion du jour, etc. that gets the latest headlines.
You seem to be cool with that. I’m not.
And they aren’t free to express that without negative consequences. You may be living in a bubble but some of us aren’t.
Why is what they said on the bus so offensive? Don’t those people have any self esteem that they get viral and violent about what some college kids said on a bus?
And they won’t because they literally can’t exercise their 1st A right without being harassed and ruined for life. That is the issue. That’s why people who work in Union only shops, and the Federal and State Government in many States, keep their mouths shut because doing otherwise would get them fired.
You may live and work in a bubble, but some of us don’t, and we are dealing with this on a daily basis. But go ahead and sit in your little ivory tower like most of academia and media and political elite and low info voters who get handed everything.
