The future GOPee trajectory will be determined by their performance up to the 2016 election. They will be found wanting.

Having suffered those slings and arrows myself, I hear you. But I'd rather they join us than apologize to us. :)

The DHS funding has given us the example on how it will be done in both houses.

I wish I could raise my debt limit without any consequences.

The Democrats never lost the House, or the Senate.

Yes at this point its time to stop with the daily heart attacks over the inaction by our new GOP majority. They are not going to do anything or they would already be doing it. I’m pretty much just tuning it out.

I’m to a point I don’t really care who wins the GOP nomination for President. Unless its Ted Cruz or somebody really flamboyant like Trump we are going to lose in 2016 anyway. Scott Walker, Jeb Bush, etc do not have the charismatic personalities to win over enough independents to win. IMO we are likely to also lose control of the Senate in 2016 also. They will squander their majority as they already are and tick off the republican voters to the point that they will just sit home in 2016.

But, but they are not the democrats who are worse according to some of the Republican worshiping kool-aid drinkers. I contend they are worse, as they prolong the slid into oblivion but have no intentions of preventing it. They just want to continue the ride until they check out and take the dirt nap, then dump all the crap they voted for by voting Republican on their children and grand children.

Rest assured the Republican groupies will be back on here by 2016 telling us how we have to vote for their pet leftist Jeb to save the world, well at least their pitiful world for another four years.

If you want to stay on the Kamikaze express, knock yourself out. You are not going to change the Republican party from within. I have heard that line which the establishment perpetuates to keep the rubes in line with a glimmer of hope for 30 yrs. and it keeps enough conservatives who want to believe they are not being used as reliable voters holding out hope against all odds of a change which is not coming.

The liberals control all the levers of power in the GOP and they are not going to relinquish those controls. They will intentionally lose to their fellow travelers to defeat any chance a conservative may win. You are fighting on the battlefield they control and you fight where they want you to fight and lose, you will not win that way. A real opposition party offers an alternative, the Republican party is nothing more than a sick imitation of the democrats. But hey if you like doing the charge of the light brigade every two and four years you are their man.

Welcome, FRiend! Prepare yourself now. When 2016 rolls around, the daggers will be out for you when --- to turn a phrase from John Boehner --- you refuse to "get your ass in line" behind the RINO candidate. But take heart, it only stings a little and you'll sleep so much better for it.

And who is going to support this losing Party you so desperately dream about?
A third party gives Democrats wins until the end of time.

No amount of BS from you or anybody yelling Third party can show how that will work,
and where any support will come from for this. Oh, the PAUL-BOTS will join you.

So you really believe the Republican party is a viable opposition party at this point? How’s that working out for you since your Saviors took over in January. BS? You are the one who is buying and shoveling it if you believe the Republicans are going to do anything but the democrats bidding at the national level and to some extent at state levels. Tennessee is a prime example of a conservative state where Republicans dominate the state government but govern like mushy socialist, and why because they are mushy Republican socialist, they don’t have to be but choose to despite their constituents wishes.

Since 1995 what has the Republican party did for conservatives? Welfare reform which obama eviscerated and the Republican House responded by??? Doing nothing. So far from your wonderful Party we got judge Alito, that’s it. Everything else they have surrendered and retreated on time and time again. The Whig party I am sure had the same level of arrogance I suspect and woke up one day consigned to the dust heap of history because they thought they were permanently entrenched as the other party and thought it politically wise to ignore the changes and wishes of their base.

As for Paul-Bots really? That is the best you can do, you It’s All About the Party boys need a new cliche. I just refuse to believe the lies anymore from the Republicans. They have yapped and talked since 1988 and done damned little except surrender. If they want my vote walk the walk or I will look for alternatives with my vote and money and if they lose so be it, I’m done voting for liberals even if they have that all important (R) in front of their names, in fact at this point that (R) makes me look at their voting record even closer.

Hey Libertarian, did I say I supported RINO's? No, I didn't think so.
I clearly stated to take the party back, and you clearly stated you
want the cowards way out.

I think we know where each other stands. And you stand with LOSING to the Democrats
for decades with your insane third party BS.. Yes, I said BS again..

Republicans will raise the government’s borrowing limit without threatening a default, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell guaranteed Sunday, placating the markets but potentially surrendering the party’s leverage...

...

What party would that be?

Sorry no libertarian here, but I would rather be one of those than a Republican as the party currently stands because it stands for NOTHING.

-Taxes-—sold out and increased
-Abortion-—House Republican caved again
-Spending-—like drunken sailors
-Obamacare-—planning to fund the damned thing if the SCOTUS finds against subsidies
-Gun Control-—sitting quietly as obama bans ammo
-Cromnibus-—give the democrats all they wanted and cut the new and currently worse congress off at the knees
-Executive Amnesty-—fully funded after they campaigned they would stop it
-Debt limit-—the skies the limit

This is what you are defending Party boy.

The Republican party currently is a waste of flesh and unfit to govern anymore than the democrats. You stand with blindly voting for your Republican Saviors and still losing again and again and again. What is the definition of insanity?

Where do you people get off telling me what I'm saying when I'm not supporting the GOP.
Do you read posts? Good freaking grief. Worse than the MSM!

This is what you are defending Party boy.

So hey, Boy, show me where I support the RINO GOP? You made the statement, now back it up.
You and people like you who come on the board and do not read anything, should get an
education in reading skills.
