Since when do high schools have deans?Looks to be an Affirmative Action-created job dealing with high-risk students in ghetto schools. I'd be curious what his education credentials are. Not that it really matters. Apparently, none are required.
Looking into it, it appears this guy was a thug long before he was an educator. The more accurate headline to this story should be; "Gang Member Given Job as High School Dean. Continues to Act Like Gang Member."

From another source: Harrison’s son Jeremy is currently under indictment for shooting his girlfriend in the head in 2013. The unlawfully owned firearm went off accidentally while he was cleaning it, Harrison explained at the time.
