Turn around is fair play. Bam pretends Congress does not exist and refuses to talk to Republicans. So now Congress is acting within the law to do as it pleases without Bam being involved.

You'd think it'd be great to be a liberal. You never remember your own bad behavior. There are never any consequences for your action.
