I’ve said all along that ammunition was the Achilles heel of the 2nd Amendment. Guns without ammo are clubs.

Pens without ink are useless.
Cars without gas are useless.
Printers without paper are useless.
Lights without electricity are useless.

Consumable materials are critical for operating equipment. The notion of “you can’t ban the equipment, but _can_ ban the consumables it operates on” is absurd, a flaw of the English language.

There are billions of rounds of the most popular ammo round the world. 7.62 x 39, x 54, .223/5.56, 9mm, .45acp, .308

Even if the idiot in the white hut attempts an ammo ban, there will rise a huge black market through Messy-co. Prices will skyrocket, but the ammo will still flow.
