Just curious, why is it acceptable for a Black rapper to use the N word as well as shout about raping women and harming police, yet a White uses the N word and they close down a frat and threaten to expel them.

What is Freedom of Speech anyway?

Freedom of speech is whatever you are willing to stand up for. Most aren’t willing to stand up for their freedoms. Freedom from speech is becoming the new norm (unless you are a false flag operation to embarrass conservatives.)

Glad you asked that question. As an authority, I can safely say that those blacks using the ‘N’ word are special people and not subservient to the rules and morays of everyday common people.

Our culture apparently considers whites to be more civilized and holds them to a higher standard.

And all that that implies.

I view this whole incident as a pushback against the pro-black anti-white atmosphere the Obamunists have fostered.

Such things were unheard of 20 years ago. Nobody did these things because it was considered rude. Now it’s an “up yours” sort of response.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Per the clear language of the 1st Amendment, there is no abridgement of the 1st Amendment rights of the students. They were free to use any language they wanted, the National Organization of SAE was free to shut down the chapter. The 1st Amendment protects speech from (federal) government sanction. It doesn’t protect individuals from the consequences of saying stupid things.
