I've read that some States are passing laws that accept CCW from other States. The States are on the move from what I read weekly - they're finally getting fed up with the Fed.
States' Rights! If not workable through the legislating courts, then
STATE NULLIFICATION! What's the Fedgov going to do? They don't have the man-power to go into every State to enforced their unConstitutional laws/directives/and especially judicial rulings. The Judicial Branch has NO power. Think the Executive Branch will send nationalized National Guard to enforce Judicial decisions? Not hardly in this day.
THE 10th AMENDMENT IS STILL THE LAW OF THE LAND, NO MATTER HOW MUCH THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH USURPS IT. STAND WITH YOUR STATE!
