Realy? Nobody sees anything wrong with a cop shooting an unarmed, naked black man before using the Taser? Perhaps no backup?
At least he had the sense not to use a throw-down.
not having any other information , I would say that a taser would have been called for . Clearly he was unarmed , they could easily see that . Even if he charged a taser should have knocked the man flat . Esp with no clothing in the way of the contacts
