The message I sent to the governor via their Internet mail system:

About the Arkansas DHS decision to remove the seven Stanley kids from their parents: As you know, the parents have been charged with no crime, let alone been convicted of any wrong doing, and yet the children still remain separated from them, and placed in foster care.
This can only emotionally traumatize these children and is an injustice to them and to their parents.
I had read about this sort of thing being done in the former Soviet Union and in Germany, but never dreamed that it could happen in the USA.
You must intervene to restore these children to their mother and father. The abduction of children when there are no credible charges of neglect or abuse is just unconscionable.
Respectfully,

Yup. Our tax dollars pay for this.
This is just the family I know of. It’s not like any of them are ill or in a hospital, like the girl in Connecticut.
It’s the corruption of DHS/CPS agencies, coupled with judges and sheriffs (wink, wink, say no more), that break these families up.
The Stanley children just get under my skin. Were I one of any of the others, I would never, EVER, forgive the one responsible. Nor would I forgive the teachers, law ‘enforcement,’ or ‘caregivers.’
One of the ‘caregiver’ men wants the youngest to call HIM daddy now.
This is like a rescue out of some S American sex trafficking ring. Right here.
