I’m in the rag biz so I’ve dealt with lots of gays. Most are successful and are not interested in the marriage/adoption/equal right nonsense at all. The few I’ve met that are militant on these issues are so screwed up they have no business babysitting.

Had you noticed over the years that the "more accepting" culture became to the idea of gay marriage, the quieter groups like NAMBLA were?
Those who show an interest in the things you mention do so due to an ulterior motive. The reasons are pretty obvious.
