It depends on whether they deem him to be an ongoing threat or a flight risk. Considering the fact that he hasn't bothered to report for probation for some 7 months I'm guessing he won't be getting bail.

I think you may well find yourself out there alone! I don’t care if this guy is sky blue pink, and whether or not he was actually shooting at the cops, he’s going to jail for a long time. What I am concerned about is the fact that it’s been reported that he’s failed to see his PO for seven months and he was still on the street!

With 2 counts of attempted murder of a cop (one of the worse felonies one can commit) he will get 20 years.
