Reynolds said he heard an engine revving, so he screamed, “Get off! Get off! He’s coming back toward us,” as the SUV the brothers had carjacked sped up.
An officer reportedly tried to pull Tamerlan Tsarnaev out of the way, but couldn’t. “Tamerlan was run over by the Mercedes,” Reynolds said.

Something is way wrong with the "system"
The guy would have probably been caught sooner if the government didn’t impose a curfew....and if the government didn’t conduct their illegal searches during the curfew.
Between the two of them, there was one pistol. The hundreds of round must have been fired in an echo chamber, as each set of police shooter responded to the bullets of another set. Not the best day for law enforcement, IMO.
