I think that this is a great idea. When people get fed up with this (the EPA is now putting out feelers for hotels to monitor their guests shower use so that they will use less water) and do something about it, Gore and his limousine liberal friends will be sent to a “re-education camp” where during the day, he will farm and make smaller rocks out of larger rocks in order to learn the value and joy of actual work; at night, he will study the Constitution. In this regard, one of Gore’s heroes, Chairman Mao, had a really great idea.
Actually, Pol Pot, the infamous dictator of Cambodia, improved on the idea. He emptied the universities and sent them to the jungles to fend for themselves where they died in great numbers. He didn’t even have the expense of bullets to get rid of them.
