They talk about vague “drug offenses” committed by “non-violent offenders” and “first-time offenders”. How could such harmless people possibly be dangerous? Surely it’s wrong to lock them up for life.

Yup. Liberals playing on the stupidity of legalization supporters.

Executing drug dealers from street level to kingpin would discourage the behavior pretty well. Leave the users alone except for crimes they commit outside of mere use; kill the dealers.
