The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals today denied the Obama Administration's request for an expedited ruling on Judge Andrew Hanens injunction blocking President Obama's executive amnesties.
Justice Department attorneys asked the court to rule within seven days but the court allowed the normal 10-day period for states to respond to the Administration's request. Politico reports this could be an early sign that the 5th Circuit may not want to overturn Judge Hanens injunction quickly.

We are hurtling toward judgement, and in fact we MAY be experiencing it now.
The human condition has been fallen for centuries--yet consider how this particular nation's wickedness in the last generation or two.
We have made a mockery of the Biblical rule "The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat." Our welfare state promotes dependence on government, steals private property from the productive and is NOT charitable. Indeed, it is the very antithesis of charity--it promotes laziness and greed.
We have endorsed, via our Federal government the murder of millions of children in the womb. Convenience of the mother has outweighed the life of an unborn baby.
We likewise have denigrated the family and marriage--God's first human-human relationship--into a morass of confusion. "No consequences" sexual behavior, "no fault" divorce, and now the complete upside-down definition of what "normal" means.
Have we crossed the line? I don't know...I think perhaps the answer is yes. But just like Jesus taught us in the 13th chapter of Luke we need to recall that OUR opportunity now is to repent and thank our Creator for the time we have.
As Tolkien wrote in The Lord of the Rings:
I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.
"So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.
At some point dont we need about 2 million in the streets?
I’ve been calling for that since the last election.
The only way you will see two million in the streets is when they are backed up at the train station.
“We thought long and hard about this [because this is HUGH and SERIES] and are throwing out the injunction”.
Any new news about the judge’s investigation into how 100,000 illegals were already processed despite the attorneys for the administration claiming none had been processed??
