My guess is that the Israelis must not be using Diebold(sp?) voting and vote counting machines.
They use two envelopes, one inside the other. The outside envelope identifies you and the inside envelope have your vote. Once they have clear you ... you have to have ID and you have to be in the right polling place (no changes), then they will take your inside envelope and put it into the votes. If you don’t clear, then your vote is thrown out!
