When the media had “the vote in the bag” for the challenger.
If it conflicts with the desires of the liberal left then it's an upset. What's inferred is that the liberal left was entitled to have their way and that the election was therefore STOLEN from them.

If the Democrats win a majority in Congress then the media will say they've been entrusted with the reins of power or some thing that sounds noble.
But when the Republicans win a majority in Congress then the media says that they "seized power" or "upset the balance of power" or some other slanderous phrase that dismisses the will of the voters as if the f***ing Democrats have a permanent entitlement to control Congress.
Even the inaccurate pre-election polls showed Bibi most likely to keep the PM job, even though Likud was predicted to be the second party instead of the first.
