Your Honor, the federal government has made you look like a fool - what would you have done if it was Apple or Exxon? Why haven’t you applied your normal response? Time to start making some summary judgments.
It should be embarrassing for anyone who takes the word of this Justice Department at face value. Shaping desirable court outcomes and muscling suckers and naïve cone heads is their full time job.
Where in the judge’s whine will the Justice Dept find any consequence whatsoever? It’s a stand off with the clock running, between one branch of government against another, and the Alamo for us.
