Jeb Bush, Scott Walker, and everyone else in the GOP who've used private emails and servers should have their emails audited by a third-party.

Bush and Walker are/were working for the STATES and not the feds. From what I understand, whatever the records requirements are, they are governed and enforced at the state level.

Clinton's emails are under FEDERAL jurisdiction.

If Wisconsin or Florida have some sort of case they wish to raise with their current or former governors, then so be it. Other than that, if you are not a resident of those states, then it's none of your business.
