There was more talk at the White House Thursday about whether President Obama really would “close tax loopholes” on his own.
White House spokesman Josh Earnest said the president “is very interested” in working with Congress, but nothing’s “off the table” when it comes to Obama exploring the options for using his executive authority. There’s nothing to announce right now, he added.
“So to the extent that there’s a lot of fretting and hand-wringing on Capitol Hill, I would urge them to not lose any sleep over this, but rather maybe it’s worth burning a little midnight oil to try to get to work in bipartisan fashion to take some common-sense steps in the direction of business tax reform that would make our tax code more fair, but also stand to channel more benefits to the middle class.” …

Of course Obama wants to work with congress - as long as they do everythjng he says. If they don’t, he “finds” a new power of the Presidency to go around them.
Basically, congress has to be a rubber stamp for him.
The congrss should us every power at their disposal to thwart anything he does. Too bad it’s led by such mealy mouthed spineless jellyfish.
I wonder when Obama will simply dissolve Congress and rule on his own? He’s got a pen and paper, after all.
He already has...throw in the Supreme Court and basically all Federal courts, he has everything already.
