Most interesting of all is that it records, which probably means the stuff gets archived and saved, for all of time. Man, the privacy lost in the last twenty years, and the capability to amass data on individuals makes you wonder what it will be like in fifty years.

at the rate things have been accelerating downhill fifteen years will make 2015 seem quite civilized and sane.

Yeah, already, to have a “secure conversation” with your family, you need to turn the TV way up high and whisper. George Carlin used to say he had a friend who was “under investigation” who used to answer his phone “Eff Hoover.”
