I had an ultra-liberal uncle who was fascinated by gay culture (as all liberals are) and once engaged him in the topic of gay marriage.
"Suppose I accept the premise that two men can marry. Why not a man and a horse?"
"That's absurd!"

"No, uncle, because the same argument that you're making can be applied to those situations; it's just a lifestyle choice. You and I agree there should be a line, we disagree about where to draw it."

Or the weird ones of “I’m a guy, well, now I’m a woman, but I”m still attracted to women, so now I’m a lesbian”.
So they can demand to change “gender” but retain what was previously normal opposite-sex attraction.
