I’m not proud of the TSA and I think the whole thing is ridiculous and has not stopped a single terrorist but has held up a lot of innocent travelers.
However, they aren’t evil people, but just people who are doing a job - and some of them do it better than others. If they have to do it and we have to endure it, I’d much rather have a nice black person (in Atlanta) than a hostile veiled Muslim (in NYC) patting me down for some unknown reason. But the whole job is meaningless. So I’m not defending the job, just simply the fact that the people who do it aren’t automatically evil.
I see too much “uniform hatred” here on FR, where anybody wearing any uniform is considered evil. Oddly enough, this is the same as the leftist opinion...but then again, extremes meet.

You give them a milimeter and they take it all and they are . when have we who don't trust government ever won anything? never. government is advancing every week for the last 100 years. when has government been rolled back? never. every year there are more laws, more regulations , more programs , more agencies, more government : all of which leads to less freedom and less prosperity.
when government advances individual freedom recedes and so does prosperity.
