When you use the phrase "being homosexual" are you indicating you believe homosexuals are born that way and it's not an acquired choice? Just wondering. In any case do you believe homosexuals are not able to stop doing what they're doing? All criminal law is premised on the idea an individual has free will and can make choices.
Those who engage in war against our Christian heritage and traditions and freedom to engage in religion (including those who indoctrinate our children with homosexual propaganda and those who attack practicing Christians for following their faith such as the florist in my town) should be treated as enemy combatants. For that matter, and referring to one of your own pet topics, abortionists should be (and should have been all along) considered as enemy combatants and murderers and dealt with accordingly. Ordinary practicing homosexuals who keep to themselves (although I detest them and what they do -- I would encourage others to pray for them; I can't) could not be considered combatants but merely as lawbreakers (since sodomy laws ought still to be in effect).
I really see no useful difference between enemies in a traditional shooting war and enemies within engaged in a transformation (read: soft overthrow) of everything we cherish and hold dear.
